Ever since she was a child, a Russian girl named Anastasia has had a great passion for restaurants and eagerly sought adventures. Her parents also loved to eat out and visit new restaurants in Russia almost every single day. Together, they visited 45 countries and tasted different cuisines around the world. Anastasia gained unforgettable culinary experiences and was exposed to many divergent cultures as she also lived in Europe for 12 years.

In 2019, she decided to move to Lebanon and deeply fell in love with the country. She became very enthusiastic about Lebanese food, culture, nature, and people. She felt like she was at home here. Thus, began the long relationship between Anastasia and Lebanon. In April 2020, she noticed that there was not a single page on Instagram that reviewed places in Lebanon with details, prices, and honest opinions written in English. This is when Anastasia started sharing her genuine experience of every place she visited. Graduating with a marketing degree in Switzerland and Germany helped her turn her passion for food, writing, and social media marketing into a successful blog. And in just one year, Guide Lebanon has reached 60,000 followers on Instagram and has hugely impacted Lebanon's food and tourism industry.Read more
