If you are looking for a great lunch up in the mountains ⛰️ with a cozy setting surrounded by beautiful nature then this is the place for you.
We went on a Saturday for lunch and the place was empty, which I found weird. I guess it won’t be empty anymore🙈
The place’s ambiance is very calm, gets extra cozy later at night with a fireplace 🔥 on and cozy lights. We sat inside, but I think once it gets warmer it will be even more enjoyable to have lunch outside on the terrace🌿
The area and the location of the place is large and very green with a nice garden🌸It’s great for kids to run and play around.
The furniture inside is very simple though and looks a bit outdated 😬
But I was impressed with the food, here is what we tried:
- Bruschetta with fetta and tomatoes🍅 (6$) great starter
- Fraicheur green salad (7$) 🥗fresh salad
- Raclette (47$) it was super delicious 😍 and big portion it was pricey but it came with a plate of ham and bresaola which is a plus
- Special grill filet de boeuf🥩 (48$) it was tasty and entertaining to cook it yourself, we also tried filet de veal (50$) it was extremely tender and soft meat but I didn’t like the taste as much
We had a bottle of red wine 🍷 St. Thomas Pinot noir (48$) I love this one
For desert we tried pain perdu super yummy loved that they add cinnamon to it (7$)
