BUTLERS BEACH 📍BATROUN
If you are looking for a super chic beach club in Lebanon that will just charm you with its colorful sea views, neat décor, and fancy vibes, then Butlers Beach is the perfect place for you. Located in Batroun, Butlers Beach Club is a luxurious getaway where your worries truly & simply disappear.
They have two pools for you to soak in, literally because I find them a bit way too small. I’d go for the sea the entrance in front of the beach club is not as nice but if you walk 30 meters to the right, there is another more sandy entrance and the water is more turquoise. Their Beach club entrance prices vary, on weekdays, they charge you 18$ and at weekends, 25$.
Overpriced, yes, but you can see that it is extremely upscale and clean, even the beds, towels, and umbrellas are all handpicked. The attention to detail is very impressive.
The music is very relaxed during the day and gets a little livelier in the evening. You can also enjoy your day and sit at the bar or have lunch in the restaurant area, without paying an entrance fee, but you cannot have access to the pool.
Their menu has a variety of different delicious and perfectly plated dishes. We tried the octopus salad which was super fresh and juicy, it was honestly great. Their grilled chicken was really tasty, we ordered it with avocado on the side, I would definitely recommend adding a side salad to this dish. The truffle potato wedges were out of this world, you can actually taste the truffle! We also had some drinks, like pink Grapefruit Mocktail – a great cocktail if you want something with no alcohol! House Paloma cocktail with tequila - not bad, but next time I would like to try another one and cappuccino – found it a bit odd for them to charge it twice the price of a mocktail.
The food and drinks there would be around 30$ per person. The staff is caring but still needs more experience, when we got our bill and were about to pay, I noticed that they added the steak salad which we didn’t order, they then removed it…
So yes, this is officially the fanciest beach club in Lebanon! I think it's overpriced but if they have 5-star service and more genuine smiles, I won't complain.
