A restaurant not to be missed in Brummana and one of the best Lebanese restaurants in Lebanon.
Mounir is a very famous Lebanese restaurant, so the place is always full! Especially on weekends, you should definitely make a reservation. There are two sides to the restaurant where you can sit. The side with the view of the mountains or the other side with the plants and the water fountain. Personally, I always prefer the side near the plants, because it is very colorful.
As I said, this restaurant is Lebanese, therefore the menu mainly focuses on Lebanese cuisine. For starters, we had tabbouleh, fattouch, green beans with tomatoes, hommos, raw meat, and warak enab. For the main course, we had shish Taouk. The food in general was extremely fresh, rich in flavor, and most importantly delicious.
Ask for fruit after the meal, they are very nice and the presentation is awesome!
Shisha is available and good.
Reasonable prices.
I didn't like their Lahme Ras Asfour and their grilled meat. The food is a bit inconsistent, sometimes it's really delicious and sometimes some dishes are not as good.
On weekends it's too crowded and noisy for me, but I'm sure a lot of people enjoy the atmosphere.
I definitely prefer to go during the week, the atmosphere is better, there are fewer people and the service is better.
