SERAY đź“ŤDOWNTOWN

Seray is an authentic Lebanese restaurant concept, offering a fine & unique selection of Lebanese Cuisine delicacies located in the heart of Downtown Beirut.

Its interior is unique with a lavish design. This place is perfect for a sophisticated lunch or dinner with family and friends.

Their menu mainly focuses on Lebanese cuisine, and they have a wide selection of different delicious dishes. We mostly went for cold and hot mezze. The fattouch was really fresh, colorful, and flavorful. Unlike the tabouleh, it was super soggy, I personally didn’t like it at all. The crispy fried cheese rolls were alright and the hommos was good. We also tried the samke harra, it was actually really delicious and mouthwatering. Their wings were not bad but I loved the arayess and batata harra!
nice. They also offer many fish dishes such as mezze with fish, grilled fish, and really good sashimi.

Generally, the food was not bad, traditional Lebanese recipes and dishes but it is pretty pricey too, maybe it is located in Downtown and has a fancier audience. The service was alright and the food came fast. The wine prices are reasonable, we had white wine Chateau Marsyas 2015.

I honestly like it, it was good. Also, one of the girls' favorite places in any restaurant is the bathroom! Ladies, you will absolutely love this, with its cool design and great lighting for selfies. I personally think that this place perfectly suits for iftar during Ramadan. They will have Ramadan set formula for 38$/ per person and they offer shisha.

Overall, it's a nice place if you're looking for Lebanese food with fancy vibes, and is usually pretty crowded. It's also suitable for a birthday dinner with friends. I think it's worth a try, but for me, it's not my favorite Lebanese restaurant.
