SPINE is a lounge bar that offers a refined and dynamic experience, with contemporary cuisine and a social bar amidst floating light elements. It is truly one of the most trending and vibrant lounges in Lebanon. For me, it is definitely a must-visit place for an unforgettable night out.
To get a table at Spine nowadays you need to book several months in advance or know someone there and go tomorrow. Well, it’s not something new in Lebanon, right?
The place is absolutely beautiful. The design, the lighting, and the view of the mountains and the sea are elements that everyone will fall in love with. SPINE is packed every day. They have different concepts for different days of the week, like for instance Sundays, are known to be the most fun nights. On Tuesdays, they have live bands; Wednesdays, they have a French night. On Fridays, the DJ plays deep house music, and on Saturdays, they play hip-hop and commercial music.
When we Spine, it was a Friday, and if you are a deep house music lover, you would certainly enjoy the music. It was actually a mix of Deep House and Techno to be precise. And of course, if you know me, you would know that I definitely ordered a couple of dishes from the men! We started off by having edamame, which was great… we then ordered salmon sashimi and it was very fresh, we really liked it. Although the portion was small, this was probably the juiciest shrimp skewers I’ve ever had! It was very rich in flavor. We also tried the exotic salad with beetroot, avocado, and orange which was super colorful and flavorful. Unlike the mini burgers, they had parmesan cheese which I did not like at all, it was actually quite average. For drinks, we had a bottle of gin, and the service at Spine is literally top-notch! In my opinion, one of the best in Lebanon…
I definitely recommend calling and making reservations in advance and enjoying a fun partying night out with friends.
In terms of COVID, there was not much social distancing.
