THE NEST 📍TABARJA
This newly opened rooftop in Tabarja will not leave you indifferent.
As soon as you arrive, you will be impressed by the gorgeous view of the bay and the mountains, as well as the high-end interior.
You can really feel that a lot of investment went into this place; every detail is well-thought-out: the lighting is astonishing, and even the speakers are of the highest quality.
The ambiance is very high-end, and the music matches perfectly; the DJ was playing lively house music.
The food is another standout point, especially in its presentation:
-Guacamole dip ($11) is a really good starter with a generous portion.
- Truffle Coppa di Parma ($21) is a great starter if you enjoy dry-aged beef.
- Stone cold yuzu ceviche ($27) is worth ordering for its presentation; taste-wise, it’s a bit too saucy for my liking.
- Trio of ocean dips ($38) has good taste and fresh fish, but I find it a bit pricey for what you get.
- Asian beef salad ($23) is a great salad option.
- Smashed mini burgers ($23) are not bad.
- Buttered steak ($33) is a really nice choice for a main course.
AND NOW, CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE DESSERTS! They were the highlight of the night.
The bendy chocolate volcano ($26) is amazing and highly Instagrammable; Tiramisu cubes ($14) are super tasty, and the raspberry chocolate mousse ($16) is on fire!
We also tried a few cocktails (around $12 each) and had a bottle of Tanqueray ($125) since we were a big group.
Maria, our waiter, was really helpful and friendly during our service.
Downside: it’s pricey
