THE WOOD FACTORY PIZZERIA 📍 BAABDAT
This hidden restaurant is the ideal place for those who are looking for wooden pizzas, red wine, and a cozy place in winter.
In winter, the terrace is closed and the restaurant is set inside a wooden house with a fireplace and elegant furniture. This place makes you forget that you are in Lebanon and makes you feel like you have traveled somewhere in Switzerland.
The atmosphere is extremely comfortable and relaxing, with romantic music playing in the background. This place is perfect for a romantic evening.
We tried the Toni pepperoni pizza, which was extremely delicious and rich in flavor! They are very generous with their ingredients and you can tell its high quality. The other Mama pizza, with prosciutto, was not as rich in flavor as the pepperoni, and the dough was not as good, but the toppings were tasty. We also paired the food with a glass of Chateau Qanafar red wine, which was really good.
The service was fast and the staff was friendly.
The downside is that the menu is limited and focuses primarily on pizza. There are a few other entrees, however. We had a green salad, and there were only leaves, so I thought it was too expensive for just leaves.
Overall, my experience at The Wood Factory Pizzeria was good. I really recommend going there for a date night, a family dinner, or even for a cozy dinner with friends.
