GLOW PARADISE 📍 MONOT
If you're in Monot area and looking for a place to have lunch, Glow Paradise should be on your list.
The place is a bit hidden, but once you enter, you dive into a bright space with an extremely comfortable interior. The best part is that during the day, the place is brightly lit thanks to the glass ceiling. The great exposure to light makes the atmosphere very peaceful, allowing you to enjoy your meal to the fullest. Glow paradise offers healthy food with a fun approach and cool service.
Here's what we tried, chicken and avocado wrap ($8) the portion is very large; it is filled with rich fresh ingredients. Guacamole (6$) is very good as a starter, it was fresh and flavorful. Glow's famous curry (10$) it's a good option for the main course. We tried the sushi platter with 18 pieces, it was good, and the fish was very fresh! but we had to wait 40 minutes for a plate of sushi to get served to our table, the service is very slow.
We then opted for some sweet dishes, mermaid bowl ($9) this is a good option if you're craving a yogurt bowl, but I think next time I would have ordered a different bowl. White Chocolate ($4) this is my favorite, a must if you like white chocolate. Peanut Butter Fruit Protein Pancakes ($8) This is super good, the texture of the pancakes is very soft and delicious, I might have added a little more peanut butter. Bounty Protein Bar ($4) The taste is the same as the bounty bar but it's a healthier version, the inside is blue thanks to the spirulina, and the taste is delicious.
They also offer detoxifying colored juices, we tried the vitamin sea with spirulina and the pink paradise with raspberry extract (both at 3$), they taste good but are a little too sweet for me.
I recommend going there for breakfast or lunch with your friends. You can also enjoy some you time and visit this healthy place. The atmosphere is calm so you can study or work while staying healthy!
