KEMPINSKI 📍SUMMERLAND

If you are following me for a while, you know that I already had reviewed Kempinski last August… and it wasn’t a very good experience.

But this month (Middle of September) my fiancé booked us a surprise stay for 2 nights there again and our experience was much more pleasant 👌🏻Seems like they worked on their service, everyone suddenly became so polite and nice. Maybe because the hotel wasn’t very crowded in September 🤔

Anyways, yes the service at the hotel was really great, the room service would bring us anything we need in minutes.

My only remarks are some small details in the room. Our bed only had had 2 pillows, and usually they have 4, so we had to ask for extra things missing in the room. Also the housekeeping would remove used cups or used bathrobe but would forget to replace it with new ones (and I need to have my tea more than once per day😅)

Things I really love about Kempinski is its location, interior, spacious rooms, huge pools and always vacay vibes🌴

The pools are really awesome ! 💦 They are big and clean, and during the week there were not so many people, so it was extremely relaxing.

The service at Summerland (the pool) is as slow as it always is, I already complained about it many times … so nothing new😁 You can enter it without having to stay at the hotel.
But food this year at the pool was much better👌🏻We tried Barbecue Salad and Grilled chicken breast and It was better than expected.

Breakfast Is not included in the room. We ordered room service and had it on the balcony with a wonderful view😍
I loved the Oriental set, It’s extremely filling and is more than enough for 2 people👍🏻

I think it’s a great destination for a romantic👩‍❤️‍👨 or family getaway 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 and currently one of the best resorts in Lebanon. I hope they would still work on improving their service and some little mistakes though.
