Are you looking for an enjoyable staycation? Westwood is a beautiful place for someone who wants to explore the true identity of Zahle and enjoy the mountains. It is located on the hills surrounding the vibrant heart of the Bekaa Valley, Zahle.
This resort offers 12 wooden bungalows of different sizes with a private garden. The bungalow is equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, and fast wifi! It is also very cozy; you can enjoy their delicious breakfast and tan by the pool, for an average of 120$ per night. You can enjoy a day at the pool without booking a room and staying in the hotel.
They have created a space that is suitable for all ages, all categories and it’s pet friendly! They provide authentic Lebanese cuisine to offer locals and tourists a traditional Lebanese experience at Farcha, and international Italian cuisine at Omniya.
After spending the day at the pool, we got really hungry and craved Italian food.
They have an exquisite menu prepared by an Italian head chef. We tried the pasta Pomodoro and the Risotto al Limone, both dishes were good, but definitely missing that rich flavor while eating Italian cuisine. The price list is reasonable but for me, the staff surely need more training to do…
For a more traditional experience, we went to Farcha, where we enjoyed their delicious knefe, tea and shisha.
Overall, we really enjoyed exploring the beautiful Zahle and are glad we chose this place for our stay. It was an amazing location with wonderful scenery, although they are new in business, and I believe they could work on the food and service. You can enjoy Westwood with your significant other, friends, or family!
